Refunds & Returns

All sales are final, with exceptions under the following conditions:

  1. The item arrived damaged upon receipt of shipment.
  2. The wrong item was received.
  3. If unsure of your size, please contact us via email. You can also refer to our T-shirt size guide here [LINK].

If a customer receives the incorrect item(s), the item(s) must be returned in its original condition—unworn, unused, and with all tags intact.

Please note: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the above conditions are not met.


You can return items within 14 days of receiving them.

To initiate a return, email our Customer Service at shop@yomzansi.com Please include your order number, receipt or proof of purchase, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will help you with the return process and provide everything you need.

Keep in mind that the shipping cost for returned items is your responsibility.

Exchanges
You can exchange an item within 14 days from the date of purchase. The item for exchange must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, and with all tags intact. As with returns, the shipping cost for exchanged items is also your responsibility.

Shipping
We ship your orders within 2-3 days. Our standard delivery fee is R129 for all orders anywhere in South Africa. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
